A: After you have received your order(s) you have 7 days to notify us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and opt to return it. Shipping costs in case of returns is a sole responsibility of the buyer.
A: After the returned item was received by INSELLER and inspected by INSELLER’s inventory team, our accounts team will send an email to the buyer and notify when the refund has been issued along with the amount credited. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as it when the order was placed.
