All orders placed on INSELLER are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner Easyship. All orders are normally dispatched on the next business day except on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery timings varies based on the destination but most of the orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after the dispatch day.
All orders are shipped via reputable couriers (DHL and UPS) and the customers are provided with the tracking number of their order as soon as the shipment has been picked up by the courier. All orders are shipped under DPD incoterms meaning that our customers do not need to pay anything extra to receive their order. Any fees or taxes there might be after the order has been shipped, is covered by us.

It is important that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have the tracking number of your return shipment so that we can ensure that it is received at our warehouse in time and we can issue the refund to your original payment method immediately. Please note that for the order to be refunded it needs to reach our warehouse in the same condition as you had received it from us and the returns tag should still be attached to the item.
